The best arrangement I have ever received!!!. The large arrangement I received was nothing short of breathtaking. I have purchased and received many arrangements over the years however I have never seen an arrangement like this one. The uniqueness of design in addition to the quality of the flowers used led me to take the time to write a review. This arrangement has lasted nearly two weeks and is still going strong. Anytime I need a floral designer in the future my business will be going to Elle.

I'm not sure what happened, but.... I am absolutely appalled by the quality of the floral arrangements for the event I chaired last Wednesday.

This event was to be a joyous celebration; once-in-a-lifetime occasion. I simply could not believe my eyes when I walked into the ballroom at Loews and it looked “dead.” The ballroom at Loews is elegant without needing much added décor. I was devastated. I had the mirrors under the centerpieces removed because they only reflected the hideous brown disaster on the tables. I wanted the centerpieces pulled off the tables and replaced with simple mirrors and votives, but did not. I regret not removing them.

People actually removed the arrangements from the tables and placed them on the floors, putting our vases we provided at risk for damage. The one negative comment I heard and continue to repeatedly hear was that the floral arrangements were “ugly,” “unpleasant,” and “distracting.” People who know that I arrange events and was ultimately responsible for this event actually asked me what I had been thinking. My favorite comment was that even if they were free, she would not have used them.

I don’t like to be embarrassed and I don’t like being affiliated with such poor workmanship. For the amount of money we are being charged the arrangements should have been at least bearable.

The event was great, but for the past two days now, all I’m hearing about are the horrible arrangements. I’m not happy with this.

My advice is to find another florist if you are thinking about having decent floral arrangements. Do not count on this one.

I would have rated them lower, but there is not a rating in a negative number.
