Mos Barber Shop

would rate ZERO stars if I could. My sister just informed me that she brought my nephew, who is only 5 years old and autistic to get his hair cut at Mos today. She informed the barber that he has to be careful with the neck area because my nephew is special needs and gets upset when people go near his neck area. Of course this man didn't listen and when my nephew reacted just as my sister said he would and cried, instead of apologizing this barber started to raise his voice at my nephew and ask him why is he crying he's a big boy. Yes, he is big. He's the size of an 8 year old, he's tall and husky for his age. But he's still 5 years old. Then this poor excuse for a human told my nephew to stop wasting his time or he'd shave it all off. My sister was furious and told the man again that her son is special needs and he needs to chill out. He had the nerve to reply that he just cut a babies hair and the baby didn't cry! This review is going to be posted on every website that I can find and I'm submitting it every autism awareness group that I can find so that they never bring their children here to be subjected to such humiliation. I've been managing businesses for 18 years now. I know what good customer service is. If one of my employees ever treated a customer the way this man did my nephew I would have fired them immediately. How would he like his son, or his nephew to be treated in such a manner? Even if you don't have a single clue what it means to be autistic - you can at least have understood special needs.…

THE WORST. These guys are more interested in talking and texting on their phones than they are cutting hair. Only go here if you have a few hours to spend sitting in a chair waiting to be called. You will also have to go home and fix your cut yourself since they can't cut hair evenly.…
