Bad attitude toward customer. We spent over $600 dollars here to have a large mailing metered and picked up by USPS. When I asked the owner what the price was to process the mailing (outside of the postal rate) he would not tell me the dollar amount, stating that he refuses to disclose his margins, going so far as to state that I must have a calculator so I could figure it out on my own. Apparently, they charge anywhere between 15-25% on top of the postal rate. Fine, but all I wanted was the fee. Very bad customer service here. They must have more business than they can handle to be so rude to a customer who just dropped $628 dollars with them. Do the math - looks like their fee was at least $157 to meter my mail because I would bet they charged the top percent, if not more. We have large mailings like this about 3 times a year. I will never again do business with Postal Connections due to the rudeness of the owner.
