Mark Seligson of Selco builders is a convicted felon and an extortionist. He used to be a roofer operating under the pseudoname, 'DeMarco,' to try and get more Italian customers in South Philly. He and his family (parents and brother) were part of a large ring of people who did the same thing and operated between baltimore and boston extorting thousands of people (mainly the elderly). They would climb on rooftops to fix a roof and then walk over to the neighbor's roof and poke holes with an ice pick and then offer to fix their roof if they had any problems. They preyed on older people and they are the biggest thieves you'll ever meet. He can't even do work in PA anymore because of this scandal. Oh, and Mark sent his parents to federal prison in exchange for a lighter sentence. If you do engage him, you better make sure you're home while he's working because he will rob your house too - including your windows, anything...All of the court cases are public record and are online. Great Roofing & Siding Job!

We recently had Selco Roofing & Siding give our house a complete make-over with roofing & siding. We received a complete quote in writing that detailed everything that was being done. We made sure to check references and received a copy of the their insurance. We wanted to make sure that we were working with a real contractor and not a fly by night one. We are so happy with the results! I would recommend to use them.
