The Carpenter's Saw Shop has been in Springfield, MO for many years. My father used there company for all of his outdoor equipment repairs for over 25 years and I have used them for parts and repairs for over another 20 years. They have the reputation of excellent repair service at a resaonable cost as well as a well stocked parts department for most small engine powered equipment. It is refreshing to have a company tell you a certain time something will be ready for pickup and have it ready, unless they notify your prior to that time of another problem that was discovered.causing a delay and then the estabilishment of a new time for pickup. Special order parts take a mininum amount of time and are at a resaonable price. I would recommend The Carpenter Saw Shop very highly for their honesty, thoroughness, and integrity. Outstanding friendly customer service. The most reliable small engine service company in Springfield, MO.
