LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!. I love Steak n' Shake. The food chain is so awesome that there should be locations all over the world. But that would be too much like right. The shakes are awesome...thick and flavorful. And they are noted for their steakburgers, and their chicken strips and pencil fries. Love and miss this restaurant!

Entering the clean, bright interior is like stepping into an "Archie" comic book. Hurrying across white- and black-checkered floors, staff in crisp white shirts and paper hats take orders, polish chrome and shuffle between booths and the full-service counter. Middle-American diner standards dominate the menu--pickle-covered steak burgers, chili cheeseburgers and thick shakes. Healthier options include chicken, chef and taco salads.
