Bad Customer Service. We have been trying to plan our wedding reception for months with Holiday Inn and it has been almost impossible. They are fine with taking thousands of dollars for this event but have not returned phone calls or kept any of the promises made by them. WE WILL NOT be having our wedding reception there. Instead, we will patronize a place that wants our money and is willing to make OUR wedding day special. Way over-priced for the service we received.

Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

very clean, the people were nice. I was on my way to ohio from denver colorado, and it was in the morning...when I stopped at the holiday Inn...I only needed about 4 hours sleep....so I asked the manager if I could pay a partial rate...she was nice and said yes...the rooms were exceptionally nice and the bed was so comfortable...I slept right away...when I woke up and was about to leave the manager even offered me a continental break fast...I declined because I wanted to get back on the road....But yes, the cleaness, the service, the professionalism of the staff....I give them a "10"

Nice facilities near downtown Columbia. We stayed at this hotel when were were in town for a wedding. The facilites were quite nice--the rooms were clean and comfortable and there's a workout room on the lower level with a good amount of equipment. Indoor/outdoor pools are great if you're traveling with children. The hotel is pretty close to the university campus, though not really withing walking distance. It is right off the Interstate, though, and next door to a big shopping mall. Lots of restaurants around. Service was a little iffy the weekend we were there--the hotel was booked and there didn't seem to be enough staffers to handle the rush.
