Aquatic ZUMBA.
I love the water and have been using the YWCA aquatic center for five years. The Zumba classes are great, especially if you have a bad knee like I do. The instructor gives you a really great workout in the water jogging classes. It's a great place to get in shape and burn up those calories.

It's "Okay" not GREAT, though.
the YMCA is a good gym, but the clientel and facilities leave a bit to be desired.
