COCKROACHES! BROKEN UTILITIES!. The kitchen was infested with cockroaches when we first moved in. The landlord said it was our problem to deal with. multiple lights bulbs were out throughout the place before we ever moved in. Downstairs toilet has been broke for months and dishwasher has been broke for quite some time now. landlord has been let known multiple times, but still nothing has been done. Rooms are small and the downstairs feels like a dungeon. Parking can be a real pain sometimes as well. I would recommend finding a different apartment.…
