New Owners Earn High Rating. If you are reading old ratings for Whitey's, please disregard. New owners reopened the remodeled restaurant in October, and it's fabulous! We stopped in after doctor's appointment and were amazed at the transformation--new booths and tables, refurbished bar area, everything clean and painted.
