New Owner. Hey everybody,

We are under new ownership! I am very sorry for the things that have happened in the past with this store, but things are looking up. We just put the store through a major remodel (8-29-10). and for the girl who had that issue (Katy10) please stop by again, we would like to make it up to you.

Good little spot. I went for a "Standard" tanning session. I was able to walk from the college which made it nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. I asked how to use the beds and she was more than willing to help me. After reading the last review, I asked how the timers work and she told me the one out by the front desk was the correct timer, and the one on the bed could be set to anything, that it was just there to turn the bed on. All in all, a nice experience.

Poor Customer Service. I am not an experienced tanner. On my first visit the staff did not instruct me on how to use the bed, and it ended up shutting off five minutes early. On my next visit, I informed the owner what had happened, and asked her is she would set her timer(there are two timers) to five minutes longer so I would have time to get undressed and apply lotion. She was very rude, and told me that I was a liar. I asked for a refund, and ended up going to Del Sol Tanning. They were very nice, and the store is much more visually appealing, with an array of tanning beds to chose from.
