Editorial Review for Baily Vineyard & Winery – by Tara de Lis
In Short
A tall grey building with imposing height, stacked gargoyles and on-guard armored knights belies a friendly, family-run with a long history in the Temecula Valley. A wall of wood placards and ribbons speaks to the accolades the all-estate grown wines, planted on 32 acres throughout four family-owned vineyards in the Valley. Though best known for Bordeaux varietals like Cabs and Merlot, the winery also produces Italian grapes such as Sangiovese. Their first planting was an off-dry riesling, known for pairing with pork and Chinese food.
