Oktoberfest 2008. Finding four taps in one place for an extended taste comparision in southern MN River valley is tough, can't find it even in Mankato. However, Patrick's in St Peter was closest to the best place. On my visit midweek, the Summit Oktoberfest was all out as I sampled an off "bottom of the barrel." But they had the three other domestic Oktoberfests on tap, Lineys, Sam Adams, and Schells. I think that that the 2008 Summit would be the best.…
fun atmosphere at patricks!. this place has everything to offer. 16 TAPS! plenty of seating. pool tables, dart boards, the newest video games. trivia night on tuesdays for prizes, w/ really cheap beer. the drinks are always cheap and well-mixed, and the food gets people there for dinner everyday. great steaks, HUGE 1/2 lb. burgers, and even great vegetarian options too. definitely a fun, personal atmosphere. i love going there. definitely the best place in all of the st peter area.…
