Dirty Hotel Bad experience DO NOT STAY HERE

Bugs in bed, sinks were leaking water leaking frim celing and personal items were stolen from room and employee was witnessed walking out of the room while we were at the wedding reception. Attempted to talk to the manager and he blew all of the guests off as if we were lying.

Prior stay with a friend was good experience. Room was very clean, bed great. Pool/hot tub area great. Breanna, front desk/ bartender was awesome. Had the luxury of a jacuzzi suite this stay. Fabulous! Manager A+.

Rooms and Grounds were very Clean

I just wanted to leave a quick note regarding mt recent stay at your hotel. I checked in on 7/23 and checked out on 7/25. I am a frequent buisness traveller and have stayed at many 4-5 star hotels around the world. When we booked our reservation for this hotel i was somewhat concerned about the tier of hotel and whether or not my experiencce would be positive. I am very happy to say that I had a great trip. The room and grounds were very clean. Everything was in order.
