This apartment complex needs a lot of work Everything in the apartment is outdated including stove plumbing tub sink The maintenance is horrible The only thing that they do when you move is change the carpet and paint They charge the past tenants outrageous prices to rip them off I would not recommend any property that Cannon Management owns they do not care about their tenants Charge for paint and cleaning when nothing damaged they will replace the carpet which is white, at your expense The maintenance does not fix things properly They need to upgrade their apartments and lower the prices because they are definitely not worth those outrageous prices rent is raised one hundred dollars a year and no parking

• Pros: close to university, close to grocery stor
• Cons: Expensive, Bad parking, Rip off when you move
