WORST CAMPGROUND WE"VE STAYED AT
by sailaway50
We stayed here for a week a left a day early just to get away from management. They were so rude that neither my wife or myself wanted anymore to do with them
We where lied to about being able to see the locks from campground
We had a problem with camper and ask to use their phone to call a local RV Dealer and was told "NO" nothing else just a plain NO
We when out for dinner and came back to find our water shut off. Was told by the OWNER that he had a "NO WATER LEAK POLICY" after wreacking the end fitting on my hose trying to stop leak I found that the problem was with their old out dated fitting. When I took management that the problem was with their fitting. I was told" what do you want me to do about it" by the lady on duty. I was told not to trun water on with leak. I asked what was I sisposed to do and was told that wasn't her problem. LIKE OWNER LIKE EMPLOYEE
The place is just a run down campground with a coat of paint. Over priced
The side walk in front of restrooms was so bad that instead if fixing cracks they just put bright green paint over cracks hoping no one would fall
Feel free to conact me

this is a very nice place to camp, I recommend it to anyone who loves the river and the freighters. It is also located only about a mile from the Soo Locks and other down town activities. For more information visit them online!
- Pros: Very clean
- Cons: no cable
