I have used Northland Computers both professionally and personally for a number of years. I have always found them to be professional, honest & have short turn around times. They responded to our cry for help at the office within the hour and had our system back up and running in short order.

This place is awesome!. This place is so cool! My husband already uses this place to manage the computer systems at his office, so when my laptop was running slow he told me to take it to them. Well I needed it done and done fast so I took it in, they went over with mewhat they'd be doing and that due to they're being busy (and they were) thatit would be a dayor two. Told them I can't be without it for that long can they do it right away. They said they would and that I can use one of their display computers while I waited so Iwas able to work right there in the lobby while I waited. 3 hrs later, my pc was done and all were happy. I would recommend this place to anybody! Thanks Northland, keep up the good work!

Very Helpful. I had a system that was running really slow. I brought it in and right at the counter they took some time to help me understand what might be causing the issue. Thanks guys for all your help.

Will not stand behind their work. I have been plagued by virus problems over the last several months, and spent several hundred dollars at various places trying to get it fixed, but these guys take the cake. They basically accused me of looking at nefarious sites on my computer to get reinfected, and wanted to charge me multiple times to remove the virus they couldn't remove correctly the first time. I am very upset and disappointed with them. Stay away. They will just take your money and run. Well the joke is on them, I am disputing 3 of my trips to them with my credit card company.

Misleading. Wanted to charge me twice for the same repair. Poor customer service and very rude. I had a virus removed by them and when I got my computer back it was still infected. I had to take it to a real computer store to get it removed properly. These guys suck.

Very Helpful -. WOW!! ERICam21 is totally incorrect!! I have had my systems service at Northland Since they open in 1995, They have always been Fast and totally Friendly...When I call to ask questions they always answer and include their names. They have given me enough free help over the years that I should run down there and hand them a check for their time, But I know the owner will not except it. I just want to say Thanks Guys.

Not very helpful. I neede to have my laptop fixed in a hurry because I was only in town for the weekend. I went to Northland because they were close to the hospital where I was visiting my father.

The staff was rather rude and short with me. They would not work with my schedule at all, saying they would need to take apart my laptop to get part numbers for my broken screen.

Other places I had called quoted me prices over the phone without taking apart my laptop. They just needed the model number.

I ended up taking my business elsewhere, where the staff could actually take the time to talk to me.

p.s. I noticed all the reviews on other sites are cut and paste copies of this one... looks like they pad their reviews too.

Computer Service - Thanks guys!. Just had my computer serviced at Northland. They answered all my questions ( and I had many!) Received it back within a few days - minimal down time with a decent price. Thanks guys!
