awfull. This is the worst burger king I have ever been to. I can be the only customer and it still will take 5-10 minutes to get my order. While your waiting for your food you see a bunch of teenagers standing around talking. When you finally get your food its cold and you had better check it before you leave, because your order is probably messed up. One time and the last time I went there my cheese burger and an order of fries were covered in hair. Its a shame that I have to go all the way to Holland to get fast food when there is a burger king right down the road. I will never go there again. When you do have a problem and you tell the managers they don't do anything. With there customer service I'm surprised they have enough business to stay open.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE WORST RAN FAST FOOD STORES. Mismanaged poor wait staff appears they can?t keep employees food is awful milk shake machine ?needs a part? EVERY 4th DAY FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. I say throw the junk shake machine out and buy 2 new ones. and when they do make shakes they are watery just flavored milk. Managers cannot prepare accurate orders, this restaurant is one of the worst ran burger kings. The food prepared at this burger king is the total pits. Room temperature hamburgers made with very old toppings. Also they leave out French fries and onion rings so when they are fried they just absorb all the grease making then sloppy greasy rubber fries and onion rings, DUH room temperature food dunked in the fryer = soggy limp greasy slop for food, this burger king makes slop for food. WHO KEEPS REMOVING MY POST, BURGER KING MANAGERS?????
