Vegetarian Mexican food.
This is a cute mexican food restaurant! Lots of vegetarian dishes to chose from.
My favorite- Mushroom/Spinach tacos! They do serve meat such as shredded beef, chicken, and chile verde (pork).... but i am there for the tofu tacos (they substitute cabbage for lettuce) and zucchini burritos.
Can be a little hay-wire during lunch and it can be really busy, but worth the time and wait for a good taco.…

visited this resturant, I saw Loma Linda Medical Center doctors dining in.
Spinas were great (taquitos made from flour tortillas, served with guacamole), and under $7. A chicken burrito runs under $4. Also try the dessert...apple chimichangas!! Yum!!!…
