Best service!. Ive been using this UPS Store for years to do everything for my business, i even just opened a mailbox with them because they offer so much more than the post office. When i saw a bad review on them i had to post my own telling everyone it simply isnt true! whatever your business needs may beThe UPS Store is really the best place to go.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR MAILING ITEMS- THEY WILL LOSE YOUR ITEM/S. This store lost my envelop which contained my fingerprints and social security number. They did not care that they lost it and tried to blame it on the post office. However the store NEVER delivered it to the post office because the post office had no record of it. Beware of using this store. They are idiots who can not manage simple tasks. If I could give them 5 negative stars I would. They are trifling buffoons. They are heartless piles of evil. The post office is your best option.

As you were told over the phone before you hung up on me, we have a log book for all certified mail that is signed and round dated when we turn in said certified letters to the post office. Also the post office tracking isn't like UPS tracking a lot of the time it doesn't show any status until it arrives, which it did the day after your post and phone call in which you threatened to sue me. and as for your complaint to the BBB, they told me that you just wasted their time. So in retrospect, when using USPS you need to be a little more patient, and maybe listen to someone who has been doing this everyday for the last seven years. Thank You.
