Not going to be a return client. The salon is nicely decorated. Yes you can go in wearing jeans and not feel uncomfortable. Very easy to get an appt.

The stylist that I had my first visit with did NOT listen. I requested someone who was experienced with color matching, she was not, as she had to re color my hair because she did NOT listen when I told her my hair grabs red.

On another visit my appointment this time was with the owner. She spent very little time with me and left me at the hands of someone in training for over half of the visit. The owner did cut my hair and I loved it except for the fact when I got home there were a few places in the back that didn't get cut into the layers. I do have very thick hair and alot of it, but I would expect more of an owner to not make this mistake.

Pricing is comparable to salons in Ann Arbor. Making them overpriced for a small town, but worth it if you leave satisfied, which I for one was not.

A great way to relax and feel high class.. This place is great! Everyone is so nice and helpful. It looks so classy and sophisticated inside, yet I don't feel like an idiot when I walk in wearing a t-shirt, jeans and messy/unwashed hair. I always apologize for walking in with "bed-head" but my girl Lisa always says "don't worry about it, it's my job to do it for you for the day! "

All the girls really listen to what you want and have really good advice on how to keep up the style you want. You'll NEVER leave this place thinking "dear lord, why did she style my hair like THAT!".

If you want something and your girl doesn't know how to do it, SOMEONE there will. They all work together to make sure you are happy with your hair. If you're not happy, you speak up and they WILL fix it and be happy to.

I am very pleased, they are the cutting edge of salon beauty, yet know how to everything old school if that's how you like it. The place is always packed, yet I can usually call day of and get in.

The spa is great too, very nice, clean and you can usually get in pretty fast.

Decently priced for how you're treated. I have really thick hair and she usually spends and hour on me and it only costs $25. I'm willing to pay that much. I'm paying for an experience...an hour with the girls. Everyone is so fun, you'll feel like everyone is your friend.
