Awesome antenna and service. I first talked with Denny back in March of 2011 about replacing my old Winegard Chromstar 2 antenna. It had been working for almost 28 years, the preamplifier finally failed. With Denny's help, I chose the Stacker antenna with the Winegard AP 8700 amplifier. I was impressed with the help from Denny, he went the distance to help. I spent a rainy Saturday putting the antenna together and mounting it to my old mast. I had my doubts as to the small antenna verses the old Winegard. Upon pluging the new Stacker in and turning the TV on, all doubts were erased. Here in michigan, I can receive most of the Southbend stations, all of Grand Rapids and to the east, Lansing and Jackson. I can receive somewhere of 43 different stations. I told my neighbor about Denny's Antenna, he seen first hand the reception I had, and decided he wanted a Stacker antenna as well. I placed another order to Denny's Antenna for an identical system. A couple of weeks ago, we again spent a rainy Saturday putting up his antenna. He has since cancelled his cable service and is very happy with the antenna. Thank you Denny for such a great American product, I am very happy with you and your company. The service and advice is nothing short af the best, I am still recomending your antenna's and service to all that want the best in an American company. Thank you again. Ed Hein, Portage Mi

Excellent Service, Excellent Result. When I wanted to cut the cord from the cable company, I didn't know where to start. I found more information than I could have hoped for on Denny's website. It is informative and easy to follow.

When I had learned about purchasing and installing an antenna, I made myself a shopping list of parts I thought I needed, and I sent the list to Denny himself. Within two days, he had replied to me with his recommendations, cutting out a few parts that I didn't need because I live so close to the broadcast towers. He also had some installation suggestions specific for my location and home.

It was a few months later when I ordered the EZ HD Antenna, a mount, a signal booster, and a splitter. Everything was shipped UPS and arrived in two days. I was able to install the antenna in my attic and am now enjoying free TV in all the TV's in my house. The picture from the EZ HD Antenna is fantastic. The uncompressed signal is noticeably better than what Uverse provided, especially for live sports.

I will definitely purchase through Denny again.

Bad Customer Service. I bought and installed an EZTV antenna and wanted some installation advice before installing. I spoke with a woman named Rhonda, who answered the phone, and she had no advice and just said to try it and see how it works. If I had any problems, I should call after I've done it. This wasn't great because that meant I would have to redo do the wiring if my plan didn't work out. I wanted an expert opinion about it so I wouldn't waste my time if it wasn't a good way to do it.

After the installation, I called to explain how I hooked it up (sharing the splitter with my satellite dish) and that I wasn't getting all the stations. The same woman answered and she said she knew nothing about that. I asked if there was anybody there who did and she said Denny might but he wasn't there. I asked if she could have him call me and she said, "I can give him your number." As if there was some doubt he would call me. I asked if he returns his phone calls and she said, "I honestly don't know."

She was a rude person that made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. But it turns out she was right, Denny does not return his phone calls because I haven't heard back from him.

Fortunately, I have a friend who was able to answer my questions. I will never buy anything from them again.
