Finally found what I'm looking for!!

I had been searching for a spa to take my friend to for her birthday as a special treat. I had called many salons in the area only to find that many were unfriendly and not of any help. I came across Secrets and decided to give them a chance. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service, the experience at the salon was wonderful. They went out of their way to make this the day one that we wouldn't forget. They succeeded because we both still talk about it! I will definitely return for future services. If you are looking for a great salon and spa give this one a shot, you won't regret it!

Very Bad Customer Service

I have to say that I have never had such poor service in all my years going to salons. The results of my hair was not something to be proud of. I felt as if the stylist was there to socialize with the other employee than to do my service. It was very uncomfortable. I will not go back.

Unfriendly, Bad Hair cut

Was not a good haircut, the stylist did not talk and was very unfriendly. She was more interested in what everyone else was doing than my hair.
