They closed all locations. I got furniture from there and I have been trying to contact them but no luck. No notice given. Not good business.

I am mostly pleased with the solid and honest information I was given at The Baby's Room. We selected a crib and were told that the current estimate was a 16 week wait, but that this particular manufacturer seemed to take a4-5 more weeks than planned. Knowing this up front, we had the option to choose another manufacturer or at least know how long the wait would be.

We were in love with that particular crib and ordered it despite the long wait. It arrived in 20 weeks. For a reasonable fee, they delivered and assembled the crib - which also includes a warranty. They worked extremely fast and were very courteous. I love this crib. It is sturdy and beautiful.

We also bought a glider. There were so many options for wood finishes and colors of fabric. The glider came within just a few weeks.

People at the store don't hound you or follow you around like they do at some furniture stores. I visited twice. The first time, one female employee was very helpful and respectful. She was not pushy, which I greatly appreciated. At my next visit, I did find it harder to get assistance and the male employee behind the counter seemed disinterested. So I can't give the store a 5 star rating. However, that wouldn't deter me from returning. They have a terrific selection and I'm thrilled with our purchases.

• Cons: Not open early in the morning.

worst store ever

Worst store ever. tried to buy more than $2000 of baby furniture there. were LESS than helpful and very snotty. bought elsewhere and hope that they go out of business very soon!
