Terrible Service, no common sense...

Ordered through 1800Flowers, 1800Flowers confirmation email had correct recipient address. Somewhere between 1800Flowers and Suburban, the address was "transcribed incorrectly". Rather than call me to confirm the address, they called my wife. This completely ruined the surprise of my wife getting flowers at work on our anniversary. Once my wife called them back at 2:30pm to correct the address, Suburban said they could not deliver the flowers until the following morning. Unreal. What a waste...Not even worthy of a single star!

The flower had a phone number on the receipt but delivery person did not call. Flowers were left at the foyer of apartment.Recipient walked past it several times with no clue it belonged to her. After a week she got them from the apartment manager all dried up and in stinking water. As a result she could not acknowlege the sender which put her in a bad light. I hope this doesn't happen again. When there is a phone number on receipt please call,customers want fresh lovely flowers not dried stinky ones.
