lost its flavor

i've been going here since jr high in the90s and came back throughout my college years lovED it. laughed, shared stories, secrets, and indulged in drinks. however this shop has gone to sht in recent years, i'd say past 2. custy service kinda sucks-not cool, tables are peeling and/or broke. coffee is ok but the atmosphere needs a lot of work.

Nice seating options

So, it's "just" a coffee shop, but they do a great job of offering so many different seating options. You can go to just chat with friends, to browse the internet, (almost) sleep in a comfy seat, or enjoy the sunlight on the patio. You can even have study groups here. It's cozy in the winter with the fireplace and in the summer you can sit outside. I really like it. The drink selections they have are standard coffee shop, but I would warn against the chai...i thought it was too sweet and way too spicy.
