In Short – Dick O'Dow's was designed and built in Ireland then shipped here piece by piece. A sponsor of the Detroit Rugby Club, the players and their friends hang out here. Old favorites like Guinness and Newcastle among others are on tap, along with seasonal offerings. Dishes like Irish stew and corned beef and cabbage appeal to the traditional set, but there is also a fine selection of burgers, including veggie and turkey.

DickO'Dows is much more like a real Irish bar than many "experts" would expect. For atmosphere, it is just like going into a downtown bar in Dublin or Belfast and the pints are just as good too. Keep it up guys!
- Pros: lively

Great location for food, drinks, and people. Typical pub fare with the addition of full meals. It get's busiest after sundown with standing room only in the bar section. A quiet(er) room is available in the back with booths and tables for those who would rather spend time with a few friends. The mingling happens in the bar.
- Pros: People, Music, Food, a full menu
- Cons: Loud
