It's A Good Pizza

Bad customer service. My husband and I ordered a pizza from it's a good pizza on Friday night November 6th. We have been ordering from them for years. When I placed the order I was told the pizza would arrive in thirty minutes, after 45 minutes my husband called to inquire when the pizza would arrive, he was told they had been very busy, and it would come soon. When the pizza arrived it was cold. I called and told them this, the girl who waited on me, called me a liar about the pizza being cold. so I asked to speak to the owner, to see if I could resolve this, The owner informed me, that they had been busy, and the pizza had been placed on top of the oven to keep it warm, and then she said, don't you have an oven. I told her if I had wanted to use my oven I would have cooked myself. Apparantly they don't mind losing a valued customer. I will never order from them again.
