Customer Service Needs Help.
I've given the Ski Rack many chances over the years, but they rarely deliver. I've lost count of the times I've been in there and walked around and never so much as garnered a "Hello." The few times I've been approached the staff was helpful, and these have all been within the last year (though still not consistent). They cater to the downhill ski, mountain bike, and whitewater crowds, and do a decent job filing that niche. I've found that if you're looking at any of these categories you'll be well informed when you do hunker down a staff member. To be fair they do have competitive prices, quality equipment, good selection (of some things), and good parking. I just wish getting help wasn't like pulling teeth.
