Never made it there. i was just recommended by by rep at mercedes to take my car there for some minor things that i want to have worked on.

i came across the review in citysearch by JM121500 and it changed my whole opinion about wanting to even go and talk to the guy whose name i was given. i was told to ask for Ray when i go and that they do great work there and mercedes uses them blah blah blah.

based on your review however, i am not going to use them at all. i won't even give them a chance to mess my car up.

Thank you for writing your review or i might be where you were in november, December and january. I will not go.
