LOVE STEAK AND MAIN!!!. My husband and I love it here. I have NEVER had a bad meal and it's a place to meet people and make new friends easily! The atmosphere is great too. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a GREAT dinner and fun night out... GO HERE!! The GREAT STEAK CHALLENGE is also a hoot! Thanks for all the great nights!!

Not a Friendly Place!!. We have visited several times hoping for a better outcome because the food is delicious & the atmosphere is cozy.

The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and management is unwilling to take on the attitude of your classy restaurants. Our food was server incorrectly and instead of the waitress taking it back and fixing it, we were told "thats how its served" ... in other words, like it or not, your paying for it and thats how you get it. We had asked the waitress to prepare our food a certain way, she could have told us at the beginning they can not do this, but they are very UNPROFESSIONAL. We ended up paying for the dish, even though it was incorrect because management would not compromise.

They are very unfriendly people, and you walk in and feel like your intruding on someone elses private restaurant. Staff is very much like a high school clique and talks bad about one another in the company of diners.

Not very professional. The staff complains about the owner to diners, "its not their fault, but his"

Shameful!! Redneck dining at its most expensive!!

WORST SERVICE AND OWNER THAT DOESNT CARE. LOVE THIS PLACE BUT UNFORTUNATLEY WILL HAVE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSWHERE FROM NOW ON. ON ONE OF MY MOST RECENT VISITS THE BUS GIRL THREW OUR BREAD BASKET ON THE TABLE AND THE WAITRESS EXPLAINED WHAT AN A$$HOLE (HER WORDS) THE BOSS/ OWNER IS. ALTHOUGH I HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT IT WAS A BIT OVERPRICED, I ALWAYS GLADLY SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE BUT THAT WILL HAPPEN NO MORE. I CONTACTED THE MANAGER/ OWNER WHO AT FIRST WOULDNT EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALLS, UPON FURTHER CONTACTING BY EMAIL WAS TOLD SIMPLY THAT YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYONE. WHAT A SHAME TO CARE SO LITTLE OF THE CUSTOMER. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED THAT I WILL HAVE TO FIND A NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT.

Best Crab Bisque in Town or State. I have had the liberty of going to this little tavern. It is one of the best places you can spend your money. A good bet is the Crab Bisque. i have had some in my time and this is definatly the best. Also their Crab Dip is delightful. If a spicy type person try the Crab Soup. Ceasar Salds are the best here. I never liked them before but they changed my mind. All these and more at the great restraunt in North East.
