I hit a deer on 81 about 3 weeks ago. My car was so badly damaged that it had to be towed to the body shop. My car was later taken to Advance Auto Body in Hagerstown. To make a long story short, the people there are very honest, polite, and made the repair nice and easy for me. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks guys!

Absolutely outstanding. I recently got into an accident and had my car taken to Advance Auto Body. the repairs that had to be made were done quickly and without any flaws. the staff was very kind and respectful. i would recommend them over anyone in the area.

TOP NOTCH !!!!!!!. I had a little fender bender in my new Infiniti. I was devastated thinking it would never be the same. I stand corrected ! The staff at Advance Auto Body did an amazing job on the repairs, and made me feel as if I was the only customer in the world. Thanks Russ, Diane and staff for making my baby new again !

Worst body shop ever,. I dropped my car off to fix the passenger side quarter panel. When I picked it up, the quarter panel was fixed, but the inside arm rest did not meet the glass, the glass itself had to be replaced, they broke the driver's side seat belt buckle, and the little gaps on each side of my trunk are uneven. I took it back and they fixed the glass, but not the rest. The arm rest is closer to the glass but does not touch it like it does on the driver's side, and one side of the trunk still has a bigger gap than the other. I expressed these concerns to them, but was told there was nothing they can do and that it's all in my head. WORST BODY SHOP EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

God bless Advance Auto Body and Towing and J D. My car just stopping running on I70 near Hagerstown. Called Advance and J D, the tow truck operator was there in about 20 minutes. He was friendly and caring. Took us back to their shop where he looked at the car and told us the problem was something a dealer had to fix. Went out of his way to find us a one way rental car and even got us a discount on the rental. He even drove us to the rental place in his own car to pick up the rental. NEVER have I had any business give the help, care, and service Advance Auto Body gave us that morning. Breaking down on an interstate is a lousy experience. J D and Advance Auto Body took us under their wing and helped a stranded family get back on their way. If you live anywhere in or near Hagerstown, Md I can't encourage you enough to give Advance Auto Body your business, you'll be glad you did. Thanks again J D and Advance!!!!!!

Fast & Helpful. Went there to get some repair work done after I had a small run in with a mailbox while backing out of my driveway. Whoops! I don't really know anything about cars but they were really wonderful about talking with me about the repairs needed. They finished fixing my car up super fast and it was way less expensive than I though it would be.

Great Auto Body Shop!. I became a customer of Advance Auto Body about five years ago and have been pleased to return to them whenever I needed auto body work done.

The staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful and make the interfacing between you, them and your auto insurance company as seamless as possible.

The quality of their work and craftmanship is outstanding and they don't cut corners in the parts and labor they provide. I endorse them wholeheartedly for all your auto body work.
