When my car ran out of warranty, I decided to take it here because it was close by. First time I went, oil change and new window shield wipers. Couple of days later, when it started raining the windshield wipers were so badly installed I had to pull off on the side of the road. Next time I went in for a oil change, they recommended power steering flush. I said okay. $133.40. 5,000 miles later, took it in for oil change. Got a call later in the day recommending another power steering flush. I said no. Just the oil change. (I keep all work receipts done on my car) Several days later, looking at my bank statement online, they had charged me for 2 oil changes. They refunded the one when I brought my receipts in, but I completely do not trust them. I don't care if they are local business.

Love this place. My ancient Dodge Dynasty kicked the bucket, and AGAIN they were able to resurrect it from the dead! Thank you again, you guys are mechanic-magicians!

very good. Was very pleased with the customer service and overall experience. Their regular prices are a great value compared to the chain oil shops. Plus always nice to support local small business! I will be coming back even without a coupon!!

nice job. I rarely give high marks because there is always room for improvement, but Graeves does an excellent job...very polite and friendly.

great business. This is a great business. They go to great lengths for our community. I have never called without the phone being answered. They have a full staff of great people that are always there to help .

Knowledgeable service. Very much appreciate their knowledgeable service in selling me a new refrigerator. It was hard letting go of my old one, but after 20 years, it finally gave up one me. I don't like to spend money unnecessarily but they gave me a great deal and a modern fridge. Hope this one goes above and beyond my last! Thanks.

Nice job. When the installers came out for a quote, everything he said was spot on. The price was as good as a lowes or a home depot but the know-how Graeves was able to provide is worth the trip to west county.
