I cannot imagine how a dentist could be better than Dr. Hackley. I had not been to the dentist for over 12 years until recently. I made an appointment at Dr. Hackley's office only because of the proximity of her office to where I work. Only after the appointment was made did I bother to read the glowing reviews that have already been posted about her. Those reviews, however, still did little to assuage my fears of the dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning and found Dr. Hackley to be exceedingly kind. She was not condescending or overly critical about my years of dental neglect. Instead she simply encouraged me to begin to get on the right track now.

nice job.. I came to Dr. Hackley for a second opinion and really liked her, so switched immediately. She is very professional, thorough and has all the qualities one might be looking for in a dentist. I never felt like I am being "cross-sold" so to speak on any of the procedures. If you have a complicated case, she would never act as a "jack of all trades" that is eager to get their hand on more expensive procedures. Instead, she would always send you to a specialist who deals with those types of cases every day many times a day.

good job. This woman is totally amazing. I have been terrified to go to the dentist since my last one passed away. She made and effort to put me at total ease and just sat and talked with me for 10 minutes before even looking at my teeth.

nice job. My experience at Dr. Hackley's was good. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt very welcomed. The receptionist was very friendly, and told me what I needed to do since it was my first time here. In the middle of filling out my paperwork, I was called back. Sweet...no extra waiting!

"gentle dentist.". I have been a patient for over 10 years. I started with Dr. Hackley when her name was given to me as a "gentle dentist." I had been severely traumatized by a string of bad dental experiences and even had a hard time sitting down in the chair. Dr Hackley was very kind, explained everything before she did anything and made sure I was adequately numbed/sedated for all of my procedures.

good job. Who actually *likes* their dentist? Seriously. But for the first time, I really do. Dr. Hackley is great at what she does, the office is state-of-the-art complete with all digital x-rays and records, the staff are friendly and professional, and there is never a wait. And the best part is she doesn't act like you need to talk to her, so you can just relax and let him work. :)

Dr. Hackley is great at what she does, the office is state-of-the-art complete with all digital x-rays and records, the staff are friendly and professional, and there is never a wait. And the best part is she doesn't act like you need to talk to her, so you can just relax and let him work. :)

Love the follow up courtesy calls!. After a very bad experience with another dental office several years ago, I am much more at ease when I need to visit Dr. Hackley's office. The staff are always very pleasant and seem to care very much about you. I am very impressed with the fact that within approximately 24 hours of an office visit where work was done on you, you will receive a pleasant courtesy call from the office to make sure you're doing okay. I would very much recommend Dr. Hackley and her staff to friends in search of a dentist.
