My family and I are Thai-Americans and we love Bangkok Garden. Infact, it is one of 3 Thai restaurants in the Metro area that we will actually dine at because the tastes and flavors remain true to authentic Thai cooking. Tha atmosphere can be romantic in a kind of bohemian kinda way and they are very accomodating for guests with small children. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in Bethesda, but there are Parking Garages available!

bangkok garden in oakland mills

bangkok garden has opened a second restaurant near the oakland mills village center in columbia. this place rules. the ambience is pretty, the staff attentive and personable and the food is delicious. the noodle dishes, particularly the pad thai and "drunken noodles" are delicious. the penang curry is the best curry of any type that i have ever eaten. please come to the new columbia/oakland mills branch. you will be glad that you did.
