horrible customer service! I was trying to rent chairs last minute, and they didn't try to accommodate me in any way and try to help, I spoke to someone called emily and she seemed not to care at all. Never again.

Great Company to work with!. Two weddings...and counting!. We were of the great fortune to have found Party Cape Cod back in 2000 for all our oldest daughter's wedding needs. The staff at Party Cape Cod proved to be both professional and thorough. From the first visit to their beautifully displayed showroom, to the site visit of our daughter's wedding in Falmouth, all proved to help us make this the wedding of our daughter's dreams!

It wasn't even a question that we would use anyone else, when our youngest daughter planned her wedding. Again, without a hitch, they provided flawless service. The wedding was another Great success!

Best of the Best!. When I think back on my wedding day, I have nothing but wonderful memories. Thanks in large part, to the amazing work by Party Cape Cod (PCC).

Planning a wedding is never easy and it can be even harder when you live out of state. However, the wonderful staff from PCC made the entire process very easy and fun.

Having been in business for over 20 years, PCC was able to provide insight into the pros and cons of every location we were interested in. She even had photos of what the various locations looked like in different seasons.

After selecting the location, PCC helped us bring the space to life. Sarah help us identify the minor details that turn a good wedding into a dream wedding.

From the seat covers, to the china, to the florist, to the most amazing band ever Party Cape Cod helped us with everything. They even helped us get an amazing cake.

Keep is simple, easy and fun with Party Cape Cod.

Party Cape Cod made my wedding perfect. I was married this past summer and hired Party Cape Cod for my rental items. Our reception was in a large field so we were forced to rent everything! They met with my fiance and I a few times at the site because we could not decide were everything should go. I also utilized their showroom with my mother and bridesmaids to decide on our table top items. They were more than willing to go the extra mile to keep my anxiety low and my anticipation high.

On the day of delivery everything went perfectly. They set up all my tables and chairs exactly where I had instructed during our previous meetings. They even created custom flags for the top of my tent. After the wedding I was contacted by two local magazines because our wedding had been submitted for their wedding issues. Party Cape Cod listened to my ideas during the planning process and perfectly executed them. I cannot thank their office staff and tent crew enough!

Problem resolved. After I posted some dissatisfaction with Party Cape Cod's involvement in my event, Sarah at Party Cape Cod was made aware of my review before I was able to send them a letter.

Although I made the post anonymously, Sarah made the effort to track me down after seeing the review to go over some problems. Sarah was very apologetic, and listened to what I had to say.

Party Cape Cod has sent me a partial refund.

I was impressed that she reached out and tracked me down and tried to make things right.

I would use Party Cape Cod again.

Although things didn't go exactly as hoped the first time around(I work in customer service, and I do understand that things don't go perfectly all the time), I do appreciate the effort they made to contact me and get to the bottom of things.

BEWARE. I would avoid this business at all costs. Recently I hired PCC for all of my wedding rentals. When I questioned why they installed something at a cost that I did not agree to the business owner called me (the day before my wedding) screaming and literally told me to "pay up or I will DESTROY your wedding."

Enough said - this is the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs.
