Great new experience

never been to this salon before today but I will certainly be back I received a beautiful haircut and blow dry from Lia Marie. She listened and gave me one of the best haircuts I have gotten in a long time. Beautiful salon, up beat and knowlagable

Love my Hair, Love my Cut , Love My Style - Sandra

My hairdresser recently moved away, so I was on the hunt for a new place. A friend suggested to see Sandra at Leon & Co, and I am forever grateful.

I made an appointment to see Sandra and she did an amazing job. I didn't give her much direction but she knew exactly what I wanted and gave me quite possibly the best cut I've ever received. It's been almost a week since she cut my hair, and people at work are still raving about my new do.

She was extremely friendly and attentive. I also loved that she gave me styling tips while she worked. I will be seeing her again next week to do my color.

Newbury in Belmont! I'm totally hooked.

Colleen is so incredibly wonderful, I can't say enough good things. She has made me love my cranky curls, and for the first time in my life I have long hair! She is sweet, knowledgeable and gifted!

The salon staff are unfailingly courteous, and the environment is fresh, cool and clean.I look forward so much to my appointments, when I get to sit and enjoy my capuccino and gossip magazine, while Colleen makes my hair shiny and beautiful.

Area's Best Salon

Today Coleen at Leon and Co. provided me with the best salon experience I have ever had! Aside from being genuinely friendly she was obviously knowledgeable about hair styling (her hair looked fantastic), and actually shared that knowledge with me by giving me styling tips that no other hair stylist had ever shared. She cut my hair expertly, and did exactly what I asked for. I have very fine long hair, and she did a great job giving it more volume. The blow dry was phenomenal too. The salon itself was upbeat and light with enjoyable hip music. I'm hooked and looking forward to going back. Just make sure to bring cash for tips, as they do not allow you to charge the tip.

Don't bother going here

Less than 24 hrs. prior to my hair appointment I get a message on my answering machine that they will be closed for July 3rd, the day of my color and cut.. I made the appointment 8 wks. ago and no one called me before this. They claim they left a message before which isn't true because having an important event that evening, I would certainly have re-scheduled; try getting an appt. on a holiday weekend. They made no effect to remedy the situation they created.

Fulya was my colorist there and she is very sweet, professional and does a great job. But Leon, the owner, cut my hair for the first time 2 months ago. What a waste of my time and money. He made absolutely no effort to be pleasant. I sat there like a fool with my hair hanging in my face while he had a frivolous chat on his cell phone. No apologies for making me wait, didn't bother showing me the back of my haircut. I can put up with an arrogant but talented hair stylist. But there's no talent here. Don't bother going here.
