The Computer Cafe - Dependable Computer Repair Services in Arlington Center

Maranatha Solutons Inc. is a consultancy that provides project management, business analysis, and training services to CxOs at financial services and health care industries in the Greater Boston area. We rely alot on our computers to capture client information, create client presentations as well as produce invoices.
As a result, our computers, mostly laptops, are constantly traveling to client sites and under go a lot of abuse. So when a cup of coffee was knocked over and spilled its contents into the keyboard of my Dell Latitude D620 and it would no longer start-up, I knew I was in trouble. I took the laptop to the Computer Cafe and in a day they had it working, actually better than before it took a drink! This is because a fresh copy of XP was installed, which cleared out all the wasteful and unecessary add-ins that accumulated over the past year.
The technicians at the Computer Cafe are knowledgeable, friendly, and deliver what they say they'll deliver, when they say they will, at a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an emergency repair or just a tune up.

Wish you had guardian angel for your computer?

So your computer crashes and you're desperate. You can't possibly ship it off for days, weeks to some unknown location for repair. The 45 minute wait on the phone with someone in another country is intollerable and you're no closer to real satisfaction -- the security of knowing that your computer will be ok, that your data and files will be ok, that this won't happen again.
Since finding The Computer Cafe, I no longer have any worries/panic about my computers. The staff are friendly, attentive, professional, and I have full confidence and trust in their computer technology knowledge. I have had them replace the hard drive on my laptop at the shop and help set-up wireless networks in my home. With all of my interactions, they have demonstrated a commitment to getting the job done well and quickly. No worries, full trust.
So when something won't work with your computer, I strongly advise that the Computer Cafe be your first call.

Exceptional service & they new what they were talking about

I was having a problem with my computer, what I thought was a large issue, my wireless was not working at all, and when it did it was not very fast. After talking to one of the people at the Computer Cafe i decided i could not take it anymore. I brought it in, and the person that I talked to on the phone was the person that I talked to when I got there. (nice change). I brought the system to a different place prior to this and they explained that it would take over two weeks to send it out and get it back. I am a starving student so i decided to go and have a second opinion and when I got there and they explained that the issue was most likely a hardware issue. i checked it in for a diagnostic ($60) and got a call the next day letting me know that it was the wireless card and it just needed to be replaced. the card cost a reasonable amount. They called me back when they got it, and installed at no extra charge.
Very pleasant people, and I they let me know exactly what I needed and no more, they even game me an option to get it back quicker with a a different solution, that would cost less money, but I wanted it done right, and not have to worry about a work around.
I will always call them first, and they have won a customer from the time that I stepped in the door!
