The Scene – A fairly nondescript exterior belies an energetic, 1950s diner feel. Kitschy pink and powder-blue booths dot a spacious dining area filled with locals and business types chatting over sizeable breakfast or lunch plates. The pace is hectic, but blonde veteran waitresses (think Mel's Diner) deliver food to table in what seems like the blink of an eye. Expect a wait on weekends. – – The Food – A menu bursting with over 150 items ensures that no one goes home hungry. Omelettes are huge, and are served with a generous portion of red bliss potato home fries…
Good food, bad customer service
by jcodm
I went to the dinner on Sunday morning for breakfast with some friends. The food was good and i really loved the eggs mykonos and the home fries. Also my friend loved the homemade holday sauce on the eggs benedict. Although we liked the food, the customer service was awful. The waitress was rude at all times and we didn't feel welcomed at all. Her manners were not friendly as you would expect from a waitress.
I would go back again for the food but i'd rather not to be served by the same person.
- Pros: Good food
- Cons: Customer service
Arlington needs this

This is the same diner from your hometown too. I grew up going to a diner just like this with my grandfather every Sunday. The Arlington diner mirrors the rest like it across the country.
Some level of consistency exists here, but its mediocre at best. During 2 years of college, i had an apartment 2 blocks away, and my gf and I would stroll in every week or so for breakfast. Sometimes the service was quick and easy, sometimes the food was dull and cold- but the whole town was there every weekend.
- Pros: Great location
- Cons: Not so great coffee
Okay customer service

Food was very good. I've never had eggs mykonos before - once you've had it you can't go back. Potatoes ok, oj a little sour at first, but I still would go back for the eggs. Waitresses a little too busy to refill our coffees until after we paid our check.
