Great Honest Service with a Smile. This is now the place I go for any type of car repair. Came with a list the dealership said needed to be done and after looking at the car let me know that only 3 of the 7 really needed to be done. Arranged to drop it off and they had it back when promised and for substantially less that the dealership (but not surprising). More importantly, gave me the choice of after market parts or Toyota, gave me the pros and cons and let me make the informed decision.…
As Good as it Gets. Arto is one of the rarest things you will find in this world, an honest mechanic! This guy will bend over backwards to help his customers. I have had my car worked on by Arto for the last four and a half years and have also been getting my gas from him as well. Not once have I ever had a problem with my fuel or service. I have recomended him to numerous people at my job and after going to him just once, they all have become believers too. I have read some of these other "reviews" and have come to the conclusion that the writers of the bad reviews should have taken Nancy Reagan's advise to "Just say NO" to crack! Arto, if you are reading this crap written by these idiots, don't worry your supporters will always be here to back you up.…
Dont have this butcher work on your car. After spending well over $2,000.00 on repairs and telling me the car is safe, I lost all my brake fluid on the highway from the crap work they did on the brakes. Do not have them repair your car!!!!!…
An honest mechanic is hard to find.
AAA towed me to these guys when my alternator died. The driver insisted that this little shop would turn my car right around. It's not affiliated with big oil co.s, so the gas may be questionable.
But they fixed my car quickly and they arranged for a car to take me to and from work while they worked. One of the mechanics even bought me a coffee from Dunkin Donuts when he made a run for the guys.
For the record, I'm female, but they weren't condescending and the price was legitimate, I checked with my regular mechanic. More importantly, I'm not a young or pretty girl, so they didn't have alterior motives.
Finally, the alternator died while under warranty, it happens, they're rebuilt. Artos was willing to order a replacement even though I hadn't found the receipt yet. That's pretty "stand-up" for a mechanic.…
What a rip off. If you're looking for cheap gas, this could be a contender except that I'm not sure it's even gas. After the damage done to my car I went as far a contacting the Watertown Weights & Measures Department to complain. These guys are SHADY!…
