NEVER GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday, I went there for eyebrow waxing. Inspite of taking an appointment before, they made me wait for 1 hour and then while waxing they put wax on my eyebrow and all my hair was removed.Instead of getting eyebrows done, they removed my hair.It was such an insult, they did'nt even give me a black pencil even after asking. I had to go for a meeting, and they recommended me to go to CVS. NEVER GO THERE.....

I've been going to Salon Sama for over a year now, first with Maria and now with Kathleen after Maria left. Kathleen is great! She listens to what I want, but also gives me great ideas based on what she thinks will work on me when I want something different. I always feel like she's 100% committed to making me look my best. She's always right & I always walk away thrilled! Plus, everyone else that works there is exceptionally nice as well.

My experience was "The Best Ever!" Great customer service and my new color and cut is fabulous!! The Stylist took the time to listen to what I was saying and helped me to decide on a color and cut that makes me look and feel terrific!!

• Pros: Welcoming staff, Cutting Edge Stylists, Full Service Salon that also offers Mani, Pedi, Waxing & Facials.
• Cons: I can't really think of one!!
