Always great and reliable

Stephen's is always there when I need them. Not only does Stephen do a great job cleaning, but he is very professional and an all around great person. I have used him for several years and always been exceptionally pleased with his prompt service and his great work. He really goes the extra mile in terms of service and cleaning. I won't use anyone else! I highly recommend him.

Stephen's is hands down the best.
The team is professional, courteous, on-time and know their stuff.
They show up and get the job done right and quickly with complete focus on your time and needs. There is zero effort required on the client's part.
I have used dozens of upholstery companies over the years across three continents and after this experience I would not call anyone else.
Stop hunting and call Stephen's, you will not be disappointed.

Stephen did a great job on our basement carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in too many years. He was friendly on the phone, came when he said he would be here, worked efficiently and left a much cleaner carpet. When the carpet dried, an area which still had a stain appeared. I gave him a call and he came right back and took out the stain. I'd certainly call him again.

Professional, Friendly, and Dependable

After I called Stanley Steemer and the boneheads there forgot to bring the right equipment to clean my carpets, I called Stephen's and I can't believe I even considered Stanley Steemer.
Stephen's was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and took the stains right out of my carpets. I would highly recommend using Stephen's any day of the week!

helped out in a pinch

I had an emergency stain situation. I explained what was going down and Stephen rushed over to help me out.
The next day because of my error in grinding the stains in, some spots remained. I called Stephen again for help. He came right over and treated the stains properly. He wouldn't let me pay him extra for the touch up.
Don't really need to say much more about this as I think his actions speak for themselves.
