Don't go here - owner doesn't want your business

Farinas does more than just bikes. They sell and service lawnmowers and snowblowers too. Like others on this post I was all about supporting a family owned business. I've purchased a lawnmower and a snowblower there and have had them serviced there for a few years. They are definitely NOT CHEAP....but I always figured it was worth it until this morning. I had dropped my snowblower off for service 3 weeks ago. Said it would be ready in a week. I waited almost 2 weeks to call and check on it. They said, so sorry, only a couple more days. I waited 9 more days and called this morning to see if it was ready. I had the really unfortunate experience of speaking with Anthony Farina....co-owner. When i said that this time my experience had been a bit dissappointing and that it wasn't that it took three weeks, but that my expectations weren't set honestly he TOLD ME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. In this economy what small businees owner would tell a good customer to F$#K themselves and go elsewhere. Absolutley blew my mind. So that is exactly what I am going to do.
