nice arrangement. i'm very picky...i got a nice flower arrangement to my offie...flowers were very fresh, nice design in a cube vase...very satisfied..because i've got arrangements from other florists before...crap...

i will use you to send it to my other friend...u got a customer...

Horrible customer service. Had a horrible experience with them today - they should fire the receptionist and driver . Never got my "cheer up" flowers colleagues sent me. When I tried to find out what happened to them (flowers were left on my stoop where anyone walking by could see and take them) the recptionist was defensive, snippy and gave lame excuse after lame excuse. Oh and she HUNG UP ON ME!? This was not what I needed -- I thought "cheer up" flowers were supposed to, you know, cheer you up not slap you in the face?!

loved the service! chic!. i got roses in a vase from my boy friend on valentine's day. He bought them from your shop.

Terrific service!!!!. everything they did for my wedding and anniversaries = greeeeat!!! All my guests at the wedding reception were very impressed with anderson's arrangement.. Thank You.......

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!. I ordered an arrangement for my mother-in-law for Thanksgiving. I spent over an hour looking at the various options at numerous website online before selecting an arrangement from Andersons. The arrangement I selected included roses and lillies in a vase with a raffia bow. It complemented my mother-in-law's taste and I thought I would be a nice addition to her Thanksgiving decor. The total cost, including a $10.00 delivery fee, came to $62.00.

When I arrived at her home for Thanksgiving, she showed me the arrangement that she received, which bore no resemblance whatsoever to the arrangement that I ordered. The arrangement she received consisted of three gerber daisies in a small oval dish. Although the flowers appeared to be fresh, they were nothing I ever would have ordered for my mother-in-law, myself, or anyone else.

I called Andersons the Monday after Thanksgiving to let them know about the problem. They told me that the arrangement they sent was a mistake, and they offered to take $10.00 off of the charge (which had already posted to my credit card account). I told them there is no way I ever would have paid $52.00 for the tiny, dinky arrangement of only three flowers. They said that the only way to receive a full refund was for them to go and collect the arrangement from my mother-in-law.

Whereas it was five days after the arrangement had been delivered, I highly doubted that my mother-in-law even still had the arrangement. Regardless, I did not want to involve her in the whole nasty business because I knew she would feel terrible about it. I told Andersons I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company because I didn't want my mother-in-law to have to be involved.

About an hour later, I received an angry phone call from someone claiming to be the owner of Andersons. He accused me of trying to get flowers for free, and said that they were going to send someone to my mother-in-law's house to get the arrangement. I told him not to do that, and that I had contacted my bank (which took over an hour on the phone to do) specifically so that she would not be involved. He continued to threaten that they were going to go knock on her door unless I would agree to take the $10.00 off. It was clear that he thought he could threaten and harrass me into giving up.

I don't know what I'll do if they actually go to her house, but I do know that I will NEVER order flowers from them ever again. Beware-- their website looks like they have beautiful arrangements at reasonable prices, but it definitely wasn't the case in this situation. Caveat emptor!

great selection of flowers. This family owned shop has staffs who worked there forever. It has the vast selection of flowers displayed open to walk-ins. They even had Yankee candles.
