love it!.
i love this indian restaurant
i've tried so many different places in waltham and in other cities but by far this place has the best indian food you will find in the area
i love the new renovations and the menu selection is amazing
those of you who have a real appreciation of indian food
you have to go here!
Avoid.
i went for the sunday brunch and the spread was nice. however, it lacked in quality, authenticity and taste. being an indian and a food lover, it was a terrible experience. the chicken tikka masala was too sour and there was hardly any hint of sweetness as it is supposed to have. the chicken in it seemed like it was thawed just before it was cooked. it did not taste fresh. the vada sambar was extremely salty and the kheer was just too watery. it did not seem like there was anything good to eat on the buffet....
on the positive side, the service was surprisingly good.

can't wait to go back!
Nirvana!.
Bombay Mahal has it all. The staff, from management to bus help are outstanding. Each was friendly, accommodating and professional. I arrived with my wife and 2 yr old and the staff made us feel right at home, giving the young one ice cream to keep her occupied. The food though, is why one comes here. Chicken Xacuti is an aromatic masterpiece combining succulent pieces of perfectly cooked white meat chicken in a creamy coconut sauce. Authentically spiced, this meal is worth the trip from Downtown. Others to try, Palaak Paneer, a mixture of "cottage" type cheese and spinach as well as Chicken Tikka Masala. Each entree was fresh and the genuine article.
This is a must visit for lovers of the cuisine.
