Don't you dare touch my sweet potato fries!. Whenever friends come to visit us in Waltham, this is the first place that we take them. Menu highlights include: pulled pork sandwiches, sweet potato fries, baked beans, wings, ribs and the bison! It is almost impossible to make a bad menu choice. Every person that we bring to Bison County is thrilled with their meal and the value. Yum!

our own backyard bbq. Our friends took us here for the 1st time even tho we've lived here for 3 yrs. Better bbq than I can cook. Chicken juicy tender, shrimps nice n tasty. I don't like cornbread but soaked in butter this was good. The prices are just right! Friendly neighbor like svc.

Good Waltham spot. A fun, energetic atmosphere with good service. My grilled shrimp was well-spiced and fresh. The others I went with also rated their food above average, and we all thought the margaritas were very good.

Bison County is the best. I LOVE this place! Awesome BBQ! Love the cornbread with the honey butter! Try the South Carolina smoked wings on the appetizer menu.... sooooooo goooddd! Mmmm!
