What a Steak !!!!!!!!!!!!

In Short if you are a steak lover like myself please look no futher , i find myself craving this all the time and each time i go there it gets better and better , try the fire shrimp as an app ! the bar is very warm and cozy to with normal bar staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no drama like you would find elsewhere , Bison you are a hidden Jewel !!!

Great place to have a beer and watch the game

Awesome place to watch the game and have a few beers. I had started with the chilli, then moved on to the steak with sweet fries. Oh man it was so good I gotta tell ya but I had to save room for the famous brownie Sundae I heard so much about . This place rocks you gotta try it

Very Very Good

My friends and family eat at Bison County about twice a month. The BBQ is real southern hard wood smoked BBQ and always amazing. The grilled meats are terrific as well and the half pound burgers with tons of toppings are awesome. We were told the rolls for the sandwiches and burgers are delivered daily from a local bakery. You can tell! One of our friends doesn't eat meat and she loves the veggie quesadilla and the New Orleans style pasta. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed and the staff seems to really care. We love it.
