Dont Go Anywhere Else. Wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else! You can't beat the personalized service you receive here and it's worth any premium you may pay. I visited on a Saturday and the saleswoman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was carpeting two rooms in my home and was allowed to take home as many samples as I liked. The ordering, installation and followup was just as great. I did also shop at two of the larger home improvement stores and the quality and service was not comparable. I'll be back to purchase flooring for my kitchen soon! Thanks.…

What a great Experience! From the time I walked in until installation was complete Waltham Floor Covering was top notch!
The service I received on Saturday (even when the store was quite busy) was wonderful. The woman answered all my questions and was quite knowledgeable on all the products. She even helped me pick the right color! They let me take samples home at no cost and came out to do a FREE estimate!
The estimator was just as pleasant. I got my quote in a timely manor and scheduled my job for the following week. Don, the scheduler communicated with me and the installers showed up as promised and did an excellent job.
It is hard to find customer service like this these days and I want to commend Waltham Floor Covering. It was an A+ all around! Kudos!…
Horrible service after-the-sale. The after-the-sale service was horrible! After paying my deposit, I was given an installation appointment. The day before the appointment, I received a call that the appointment had moved from the morning to the afternoon. This last-minute rescheduling threw off the schedule for the plumber who was coming in the afternoon (a Friday afternoon no less). Don at the Waltham Floor Covering was full of excuses, was rude, and basically DID NOT care about the customer. He kept talking while I was trying to talk, would not let me finish sentences, and undoubtedly did not care about his customer. I was shocked as we'd used this business years ago and had gone out of our way to order this new floor from them. If I had not already waited almost a month for the floor, on top of having pre-paid 1/2 of the amount, I would cancel. As is, I will never do business with them again. I have never been treated so rudely or with such an uncaring attitude by a local Waltham business.…
