Josephs Two is the gem of Waltham. While Boston isn't known for diners, this is the exception. They have the best coffee, and great breakfast foods... perfect hangover food, or for an early morning brunch with the fam. The Bananas Supreme dish is excellent. Unfortunately, if you don't get there before 10am on the weekends, you'll be greeted with a line out the door. Quality of customer service can vary, but is generally good.... its usually because they are so busy!
