I can't speak for paying with a credit card but I walked in just to check the prices to get my heels re-done (I clearly am a cheapskate and shop around for this kind of stuff) but these guys had me sold. Best prices and when I asked how long it would take he pointed to the sign that said "Instant shoe repair"...how very true. Took them 7 minutes to completely change my heels and shine them up.

I have no idea why you'd ever need to go anywhere else!

Poor Service and lack of customer respect

I brought in a shoe to Odessa Shoe Repair and paid for the entire repair before it was done. Unfortunately, I lost my repair slip, although I do have proof through my mastercard that I paid in full. When I picked it up, the shoemaker looked at his slip and said I had not paid anything. To get the shoe, I had to pay twice. He would not believe me that I paid beforehand. He forgot to mark paid on his slip. I had been there many times before as a customer. I will never go back again. Beware of paying ahead of the repair.
